Deliveries are made by Royal Mail 1st Class postal service so orders should be received within a day or so, however please allow upto 5 working days before contacting customer support. If within 5 working days your order has not been delivered please notify customer support by email using the contact page of the site with your invoice number. In busy seasonal times for Royal Mail such as Christmas please allow longer. Most of our parcels will not fit through your letterbox and so may not come with your regular postman but with Royal Mails parcels delivery van, or by courier dependant upon the order. (These items may arrive later in the day than regular letter deliveries)
